Using years of clinical experience, he developed an algorithm based on three simple measurements to identify the ideal pillow size for each individual. These custom-fit pillows are designed to align perfectly with your cervical spine, providing neck support to enhance overall comfort and help you achieve deeper sleep.
how it works
We'll start by taking measurements of the height and circumference of your neck as well as the width of your shoulders. We'll then ask you what position you typically sleep in and a few questions to determine how soft or firm your mattress is. Then all of the information collected is put into Pillowise's measurement calculator and based off your data their system will determine your perfect pillow.

HOW IT'S DESIGNED
Pillowise pillows are designed to provide you with the best possible sleeping experience. They are made from a natural Tencel for excellent temperature and moisture control, and top-quality memory foam for pressure distribution. Your Pillowise pillow is manufactured in The Netherlands and comes with a standard five-year warranty and a 30 day return policy.

Pillowise Junior is the first and only ergonomic pillow for children that is tailored to their size and body. Pillowise determines the perfect pillow size based on four data points and the unique support gives soothing relief to the cervical curve typically under strain due to the extended use of devices like smartphones and tablets, most commonly known as "Tech Neck".
Your child's spine grows in the direction it's guided, with higher pressure, the cervical spine flattens anteriorly. As a result, the spine becomes permanently moved to a different position. This pillow follows the natural curve of the cervical spine and provides maximum support to your child’s neck promoting correct alignment as they grow.

Pillowise offers a 30-day comfort guarantee starting from the date you receive your pillow. Please allow 7–10 days to adjust to the cervical support before requesting an exchange or return. You can return the pillow to our office and we will handle shipping the package back to their facility and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
You must have the following to qualify for the refund:
- The pillow in its original bag
- Your receipt (we can provide a copy if needed)
- Completed Exchange and Return form
Additional Information:
- Processing Time: Returns/exchanges can take 2–3 weeks to process. Missing paperwork may cause delays.
- Refunds: We will refund your money once the return has processed.
- Exchanges: Exchanges must be for the same pillow size as purchased; only color changes within that size are allowed. We will cover return shipping to the address provided.
5 YEAR WARRANTY
In summary, this warranty covers natural defects and faults in material or production. It does not cover normal changes in firmness, improper use, significant loss of stiffness, regular wear and tear, misuse, contamination, or post-delivery damage.
This warranty covers:
- 5-Year Duration: The warranty is valid for five years from the date of purchase.
- Natural Defects: It applies to defects that occur naturally in the product.
- Material or Production Faults: The warranty covers damage or defects caused by material or production faults.
- Legal Rights: The warranty does not affect any legal rights that you may already have regarding guarantees and conformity as per applicable laws.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal Changes in Firmness: If there are normal changes in firmness that do not affect the pressure-reducing properties of the product.
- Improper Use: Any damage resulting from improper use is not covered. This includes misuse of the product.
- Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover damage that occurs due to regular wear and tear over time.
- Misuse, Contamination, or Damage After Delivery: Warranty claims will be void if the product has been misused, visibly contaminated, or damaged after delivery.
To activate your 5-year warranty, You will need to provide your receipt and you will have to complete their required forms (contact our office and we will provide them if needed).
