Foot levelers custom orthotics are specially designed insoles that are tailored to your unique foot shape and biomechanics, helping to correct alignment, improve posture, and alleviate discomfort.

Foot levelers also offers custom orthotic shoes, ranging in a wide variety of types, from sandals and heels to sneakers and work boots as well as many other options made to fit your feet perfectly.

Foot Levelers orthotics are custom-built using the images taken by their 3D BodyView+® imaging device. You stand barefoot on the base of the machine as 3D images are taken of the bottom of your feet using their laser triangulation technique. The scan is then sent to our portal as well a report of findings and recommendations based on the state of the arches in your feet. Once you choose the perfect pair for you, the scan is sent directly to Foot Levelers and their team creates either the shoe or insert directly from the 3D images resulting in the perfect fit.

These orthotics support improvement for anyone, young, old, athletic or otherwise. Imbalances in your feet can cause pain in your ankles, legs, knees, hips, spine, shoulders and even your skull. These orthotics are a research-proven solution for plantar fasciitis, low back pain, ankle instability, knee pain, Achilles tendinitis and many other musculoskeletal conditions. They can even enhance performance and potentially prevent injuries for athletes and patients with higher activity levels.

Your body is now being supported properly and has a solid
foundation. You may experience some muscle tightness/weakness in your feet or legs. It’s possible to feel sore or fatigued as these muscles begin to work properly again. This is a normal reaction for many people.
The 45 day break-in period is required because your feet will need time to adjust to the inserts. When you receive your new custom orthotics, slowly incorporate them into your daily regimen, gradually increasing the time you wear them. You should be fully adjusted to your orthotics and feel the benefits after about four to six weeks.

Due to the individuality of these orthotics, the pricing varies depending on the orthotic insert or shoe that you choose. Each of their products are specifically designed based off of daily life styles, durability, comfort, pain relief and posture as well as many other factors. We are unable to provide accurate pricing until you have scanned your feet and picked your perfect pair.

Foot Levelers offers a "100% guaranteed" policy, which means, after the 45 day break-in period, if you are still having issues with your pair, you can contact our office within 30 days and we can assist you in having any modifications or adjustments made until you are satisfied. After adjustments have been made, if you are still having issues with your pair, you have 60 days from the shipping date to return for a refund or exchange, provided original factory inserts are included, no damage has occurred to the inserts and you have followed the required warranty specifications.
Please contact our office if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Once you have scanned your feet and chosen the pair of inserts or shoes you'd like to purchase, our office will place the order and it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive here. As soon as we have them in, we will reach out to you directly and you can either pick them up at your next appointment or any time during business hours.
Foot Levelers uses premium materials that are built to last. Depending on the orthotic model you select, your orthotics may include Lambson® leather, materials for improved water wicking to reduce odor and increase comfort, shock-absorbing Technology and XRD® Impact Protection, and more. Only Foot Levelers orthotics feature 3 Arch Advantage™ to support all three arches of the foot, not just one.
It is important to wait the 45 day break-in period before making adjustments or returning your orthotics to Foot Levelers because, during a re-fit, Foot Levelers gets valuable information from seeing the actual wear pattern on the orthotics. Especially if you have never owned a pair, it can take time for the custom orthotics to conform to your feet for your body to adjust to proper support. If you don’t give it 45 days and follow the 45-day break-in procedures, you may not be able to experience the full benefits of using orthotics.
Yes, chiropractic care can be effective in treating sports injuries, including sprains, strains, and joint pain. Orthotics offer quality-of-life improvement for anyone, young, old, athletic or otherwise. They can help improve pain, posture, balance and physical performance in all aspects of life. They help prevent or treat low back pain, hip pain, knee pain and neck pain, and are one of the best ways to deal with foot conditions such as bunions, heel spurs and plantar fasciitis.
Over-the-counter orthotics offer initial comfort and visual appeal—super soft, fancy blue gel, etc. but they are not necessarily beneficial or long lasting. The Foot Levelers team manufactures custom-made orthotics based on scans of your feet with high-point accuracy to address you're individual needs, meant to last up to 2 years.
Consult with Dr. Betsy Case-Luca and let her know what kind of activities you will be engaged in while wearing them. She can help determine what's best to suit your daily lifestyle and which pair will provide the comfort you need based on your specific concerns and goals you wish to achieve.
Because our orthotics are custom built by a team of highly trained technicians just for you, any model of Foot Levelers orthotics can help address your flat feet. Your doctor can help you choose the right Foot Levelers model based on your unique activities, lifestyle, health challenges, and wellness goals. Only Foot Levelers custom orthotics are backed by 70+ years of experience and solid, peer-review research.
Remember: custom counts. Only Foot Levelers custom orthotics are built just for your unique feet, body, and lifestyle. Feet are like fingerprints; no two sets are alike. For powerful, lasting results, your orthotics should be as unique as you are.
Orthotics are guaranteed for an entire year, but are built to last for two. Foot Levelers recommends a new pair every two years, but more active patients may require replacements more frequently.
Orthotics can help with many musculoskeletal conditions as well as the general aches and pains of everyday life related to age and general activity levels; here are a few common conditions that have shown improvement with the use of custom orthotic inserts and/or shoes.
You may not suffer from acute medical conditions; however, you may not have perfect feet and could likely benefit from custom orthotics. Orthotic insoles can help prevent future problems with your feet, back, knees and even your spine.
Keep your orthotics dry (unless they are Aquaguard™ custom orthotics, designed specifically to withstand moisture). If your orthotics are too long for your shoes, don't worry: trim them carefully by using the original shoe liner as a stencil and cutting around it. Take them out of your shoes to “breathe” at the end of every day. It’s best to have multiple pairs of orthotics for support in every pair of shoe, and for every activity.
