                     Dr. Betsy Case-Luca provides "a place where you will be heard" 

Following in her father's footsteps, Dr. George "Joe" Case, Dr. Betsy Case-Luca began practicing Chiropractic in 1996. Her office provides a convenient location centrally located between Raleigh and Clayton and primarily serves the Garner, Clayton, Raleigh and surrounding Triangle areas. 

Dr. Case-Luca enjoys the fact that her patients are her friends, neighbors and family, and she treats them that way. She proudly serves multiple generations of families from pregnancy, pediatric, adult and geriatric.  

"Dr. Betsy" puts an effective spin on traditional female treatment.  Valuing the patient experience, her office and staff are welcoming and warm.  She offers many adjusting techniques to suit the patient's preferences.  This sets Dr. Betsy's office apart from the rest!  

Dr. Betsy is dedicated to finding the cause and treat many painful conditions.  Some of these conditions are headaches, neck pain, lower back pain, sciatica, joint instability, and trigger points to name a few.  Not only will she devise a plan to relieve pain, she also provides treatment to prevent them from coming back.

A graduate of Life Chiropractic College, she has completed hundreds of hours of continuing professional education. She treats all ages and specializes in pediatric care, pregnancy care/discomfort, low back pain management, myofascial pain disorders, sports injuries, sports and auto-accidents.

All patients are welcome and they regularly refer others.  We do our best to see new patients and existing patients the same day.   When Dr. Betsy Case-Luca is not in the office, she and her husband Pete, enjoy time with their two children and family.

Our Garner Chiropractic Partners office offers many services such as: In-office digital x-rays, a licensed massage therapist, spinal decompression, laser therapy, electrical stimulations, intersegmental traction and trigger point therapy. Dr. Betsy uses a wide variety of innovative, nonsurgical treatments to relieve pain.
